Deepen Industrial Understanding, Empower Global Business—Our Company Organizes Team to Conduct Specialized Training

To enhance the technical understanding of core products and market competitiveness of the foreign trade team, the company organized foreign trade managers, new employees, and key business backbones to conduct a week-long in-depth study of the carbonization method for silica production at the Fujian Silica Production Base from January 27 to 31.

This training focused on the entire production process of the company’s flagship product—high-dispersion silica. Guided by factory technicians, the team delved into key stages such as raw material pretreatment, carbonization reaction control, drying and granulation, and finished product testing. Through on-site demonstrations by engineers, real-time parameter monitoring, and interactive Q&A sessions, participants gained a comprehensive understanding of the core advantages of the carbonization method: using industrial by-product silicon sources as raw materials, achieving zero pollution emissions through precise temperature-controlled carbonization, and producing products with a purity of over 99.8%.

Only by physically engaging with the production line can we translate technical language into value propositions that resonate with customers,” emphasized the foreign trade manager. Trainees systematically identified core marketing keys by simulating customer factory inspection scenarios and analyzing technical differences with competitors. A new employee remarked, “The leap from laboratory data to a 10,000-ton production line has given us a tangible understanding of ‘Made in China.’”

This factory training marks the deepening implementation of the company’s “technology-driven foreign trade” strategy. Moving forward, the company will continue to bridge the knowledge chain across R&D, production, and sales, leveraging robust technical capabilities to support its global expansion and help partners seize the high ground in the green new materials sector.
